What Aerohello does

Aerohello sends replies to student inquiries using answers your school writes and approves, alerts you about questions that need a person, and sends follow-ups to students who agree to them.

Free first month

Your first month is free, and no card is needed to start. Before the free month ends, we’ll tell you the price for continuing. You only pay if you choose to keep using it, and you can stop at any time.

Your responsibilities

• You’re responsible for the accuracy of the answers you approve, such as prices, timelines, and policies.
• You’ll only use Aerohello to respond to people who contacted you, and you’ll follow the laws that apply to your communications.
• You’ll keep your login secure and tell us if you think someone else has accessed it.

Our responsibilities

We’ll do our best to keep the service running smoothly, keep your information private as described in our Privacy Policy, and fix problems quickly when they come up.

No guarantees

We provide the service “as is.” We can’t promise it will always be available or error-free, or that it will produce any particular number of bookings or students. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Canceling

You can cancel anytime by emailing us. You can also ask us to delete your school’s data when you leave.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will let you know about meaningful changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
