Why this exists

Students often reach out to a few schools at once. The ones who hear back first tend to book first.

An empty flight school front desk with a laptop, a small plane parked outside the window
9:48 PM The desk is empty. The inquiry waits.
9:47 PM
Maya finally asks.

She’s wanted to fly for years. Tonight she fills out the contact form on a few flight school websites, including yours.

9:48 PM
Nobody’s at the desk.

Which is normal. You’re done for the day, or your instructor is resting before an early lesson. Her message waits in the inbox.

Next morning
Another school answered first.

Their reply was waiting when she woke up, with a link to book a discovery flight. So she booked there.

The fix
Cover the hours you can’t.

Nobody did anything wrong here. You were teaching, flying, or sleeping. This just makes sure students get a helpful answer during those hours.

The math

One new student is worth thousands.

A student who goes on to earn their private pilot license typically spends about $13,000–20,000 with a school. So winning even one or two extra students a year adds up fast. Try it with your own numbers:

Your guess. Start low.
$15,000
Extra revenue per year
$36,000
About 2.4 extra students a year
Even one extra student a year is worth $15,000 to you.

This is an estimate based on the numbers you enter, not a promise. Your dashboard shows the real results once you’re set up.

How it works

Three simple steps.

We set it up together once. After that it runs quietly in the background.

01
A student asks

Through a simple form on your website, any time of day.

“How long does it take to get licensed?”
02
It finds your answer

It reads the question and picks from the answers you wrote. It doesn’t make anything up.

How long does it take?
How much does it cost?
What’s a discovery flight?
03
They hear back in minutes

A short email with your answers, your booking link, and your name. If they reply, it goes to your normal inbox.

Reply sent+4 min
What it will and won’t do

It only sends answers you wrote.

It’s not a chatbot, and it won’t talk to students on its own. If a question isn’t covered by your answers, or it isn’t sure, it hands it to you.

You get an email right away, and the student is told a real person will get back to them.

You approve emails at first

For the first while, every email waits for your OK. Turn on automatic sending only when you’re comfortable.

Unfinished answers never go out

If an answer still has blanks in it, it can’t be sent.

Upfront with students

Every email says it’s an automatic reply and has an unsubscribe link.

After the first answer

A gentle check-in, so nobody slips through.

Lots of people take a discovery flight, enjoy it, and then life gets busy. A short, friendly note at the right time helps them take the next step.

Who it’s for

Small schools and solo instructors.

We set it up with you

We write your answers together, add the form to your site, and test it before anything goes live.

No website is fine

If you’re an independent instructor, you get a simple page you can share on social media or a flyer at the airport.

Keep your scheduling app

Use Flight Circle or Flight Schedule Pro? Keep it. We just send students to your booking link.

Local to DFW

We’re in Dallas–Fort Worth, so we can meet you at your airport and set things up in person.

Honest answers

Is the first month really free?

Yes. We set it up, you use it with real students, and you decide if it’s worth keeping. No card needed to start. After that, early schools get a discounted founding price, locked in for 12 months. You’ll know the exact price before your free month ends, so there are no surprises.

Will it sound like a robot?

It uses your words, so it sounds like you. Each email does say it’s an automatic reply, because students deserve to know.

What if a student asks something unusual?

You get an email right away, and the student is told a real person will follow up. It doesn’t guess.

What doesn’t it do yet?

It doesn’t send texts yet, it doesn’t answer emails sent straight to your inbox yet (only your website form), and it doesn’t connect to your scheduling software. We’re working on the first two.

What happens on the call?

You tell us a little about your school and how students usually reach you. We show you how it works and answer your questions. If it sounds useful, we set up a demo with your own answers. No pressure, and no card needed.

I’m a solo instructor. Is this for me?

Probably, yes. You can’t answer emails from the cockpit, and you don’t need a website to use it.

Free personalized demo

Message received.

Book a quick call. We’ll look at your school together, then set up a demo that answers your own students’ questions, usually within 24 hours. If you like it, your first month is free.
